Governing GS1 Kenya is a sixteen member Board,
which represents a number of trade and industry associations.
The board members' have diverse experiences and skills
are invaluable in determining and reviewing strategy,
annual operational plans and budgets, while ensuring
proper audit functions and legal compliance.
